Get to know your Brioschi.
A practical guide to our granules, candies, pack sizes and package labels.
First, choose the right format.
Effervescent granules and fizzy candies are different products. The granules are a beverage mix for dissolving in water. The candies are individually wrapped hard sweets with a fizzy center. Follow the instructions for the product in your hand.

Preparing the granules.
The bottle labels shown in our original blue-bottle and three-glass-bottle galleries specify 1 teaspoon (5 g) in 8 fl oz (240 mL) of water. Let the granules dissolve before drinking. Directions can differ between versions, so the label on the bottle you receive takes priority.
Use a measuring teaspoon rather than guessing with the cap. Close the bottle again after measuring and keep the contents dry. Do not use a bottle with a broken or missing safety seal.

Enjoying the candies.
Unwrap a candy when you are ready to enjoy it. Let the hard sweet dissolve slowly and do not swallow it whole. Check the age guidance and any warnings on the package. Our candies are confectionery; do not use them in place of prescribed medicine.
Single, multipack or bulk?
A single pack is a simple starting point. A multipack contains separate bottles or bags, useful when you want to keep some unopened. A bulk candy bag contains a larger amount of individually wrapped sweets in one outer bag. Compare total weight as well as price.
Read the ingredients before choosing.
The granules and candies have different ingredient lists. Both contain sugar, and the granules contain sodium bicarbonate. Do not assume that a claim on one format applies to another. If you need guidance about a medical condition, sodium intake, pregnancy or medicine interactions, ask a pharmacist or clinician and show them the exact product label.
Keeping your Brioschi.
Store products in a cool, dry place and close the outer packaging after use. Keep candies in their individual wrappers until needed. Follow the best-before date and storage instructions on the pack you receive.
